Dr. Alessandro Carotenuto is a Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon. He is an Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale. He completed his undergraduate education at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California with a
degree in Biology. He then returned to Phoenix, where he obtained his Medical Doctorate at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. From there, he completed his residency training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the
University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Carotenuto prides himself in being a comprehensive otolaryngologist and feels comfortable addressing a wide variety of ear, nose, throat and allergy conditions, with a special interest in pediatric otolaryngology, chronic sinus disease, functional nasal problems, and head and neck cancer. He believes in a patient-focused approach to his medical care, empowering his patients to take an active role in their care while offering a variety of treatment options to fit what is best for each individual and their concerns.
Outside of work, Dr. Carotenuto is a husband, a father, and a soccer fanatic. He enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle with his family.
