I went here as a new patient and saw Dr. Jeffrey Taffet. I could not have had a more amazing experience! From appointment scheduling through new patient paperwork, the front desk was friendly, patient, and extremely informational/thorough! From there. Dr. Taffet made me feel seen, heard, and cared for on the highest level. He made me laugh and answered all my questions. I could not have felt more at ease. Not to mention, this is the first time in years that I have been to a doctor that was punctual, efficient, and didn’t have me sitting around waiting all day to be seen. From start to finish, the process was, enjoyable, efficient, and worthwhile. Would recommend this office along with Dr. Taffet to anyone!

I came in with a deviated septum and frequent sinus infections and everyone in reception, billing and Dr. Taffet has been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and give you confidence in their care and any procedure you might need. I would recommend them for anyone with any ENT needs.

With each appointment I enjoyed great and quick service. After my first consolation I was recommended for nose surgery. I’m now two weeks post surgery and I never knew I could breathe so great. If you have any ENT needs this is the place to go.
